Burrito Express opened for business on February 2nd, 1984. Offering burritos, with all homemade ingredients, from the tortillas to the salsa has been part of the key to the Burrito Express taste. Featuring burritos but including a wide variety of New Mexican and American foods, Burrito Express has been a successful small business in Roswell for 25 years.

Starting in a 250 - 260 square foot building equipped with their famous Tortilla Machine, the Burrito Express quickly found need for growth and expansion. Now with 2 locations in Roswell and a possible location coming to Albuquerque, Burrito Express has become a favorite of patrons seeking the taste of true New Mexican cooking!
